Japanese -style spaghetti ingredients:

1. The first step to make these Japanese style spaghetti is to boil water with a little salt and when you start, we boil the spaghetti for about 8-10 minutes. When cooked, we drain well and reserve them in the same pot with a splash of oil so that they do not stick.

2. Next, we cut the chicken thighs into strips or small portions, salt and pepper, we throw the tablespoons of butter into a non-stick pan and, when it is melted, we brown the chicken well. Frying the chicken with butter instead of oil will give spaghetti a delicious flavor as if a fide of Japanese noodles were treated.

3. Once the fried chicken is, we reserve it on a plate for later and in the same pan, I fry the previously chopped garlic and short or chopped scallions too, as you like.

4. When the vegetables are half pools, we add the fried chicken that we had reserved and stir to integrate all the flavors of our particular Yakisoba de Chicken.

5. Now its time to add the tablespoons of brown sugar and soy sauce to give this special touch to our Japanese style spaghetti. We let everything be cooked together about 5 minutes until we see that the sugar has dissolved and our Yakisoba sauce has thickened.

6. Finally, we add the spaghetti and fry them for a while mixing them well with all the rest of the ingredients of the Japanese Soba Sounds so that the flavors are well integrated.

7. Et voilà! We can already serve our Japanese -style spaghetti with a little minced roasted almond. If you have the entire almonds you can chop them with the crusher. Or if you prefer you can use chopped peanuts or other dry fruit that you like. Take advantage!
