Integral Spaghetti recipe with prawns

This time we have prepared some magnificent spaghetti with prawns for which we have used comprehensive spaghetti, since they have more fiber and satiate us more than the traditional paste. Ingredients to make comprehensive spaghetti with prawns:
6 prawns
200 grams of integral spaghettis
2 cloves of garlic
3 tomato
1 jet of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground black pepper

Ingredients to make comprehensive spaghetti with prawns:

1. We are going to start by peeling and cutting the garlic in sheets. We brown the garlic in a pan with olive oil and add the peeled and cut tomatoes in small squares. We salt and pepper and let cook for 6 minutes over low heat.





2. Meanwhile, in a pot with boiling water and salt, we cook the prawns for a couple of minutes to defrost them. We remove the prawns from the pot but do not throw the water from cooking because we are going to cook the integral spaghetti in the same water.



Trick: The cooking time of spaghetti depends on the manufacturers instructions.





3. We peel the prawns, we cut them into pieces if they are very large and incorporate them into the garlic and tomato safrito. Let them cook for 1 more minutes and remove from heat.





4. Add the cooking spaghetti to the sauce, rectify salt if necessary and add a splash of cooking water so that they are more juicy. We move well so that flavors are integrated.
