Gouda cheese lasagna recipe

Boil the paste about 20 minutes in boiling water with salt. Prepare a bechamel sauce previously sliding the flour in a little milk.

Ingredients to make gouda cheese:
1 tablespoon of butter
45 grams of grated cheese
350 grams of cooked mushrooms
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 package of lasagna
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
500 ccs of milk
8 slices of gouda cheese

2. Heat the rest of the milk with butter, salt and pepper and add the nutmeg. When the boil starts add the flour and let cook for a few minutes without stopping.

3. In an oven tray where the lasagna lace well put two tablespoons of bechamel, a layer of lasagna, a layer of cheese and another of bechamel. Repeat the operation until the lasagna is finished.

4. End with a layer of bechamel with grated cheese. Introduce in the oven for approximately 15 minutes. Serve with cooked and dusty mushrooms with chopped parsley.
