Fusilli recipe for Pomarola with sausages

Ingredients to make pomarola with sausages:
500 g of paste fuser
6 chorizos
2 medium -sized onions cut into strips
3 bruises of different color, cut into strips
2 cloves of garlic
2 sheets of laurel
50 cc of oil
500 g of puree of tomatoes
200 cc of white wine
100 cc of broth
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of extra sweet paprika
salt
pepper to taste

Ingredients to make pomarola with sausages:

2. Click the sausages and put them in a container with boiling water, 5 minutes, to misfortune them.

3. Place sausages on absorbent paper and reserve.

4. Place in a casserole, the oil and brown the onions, the bullshit and the garlic.

5. Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate, then incorporate the tomato, the broth, the laurel, the paprika, the oregano, the sausages and salt and pepper.

6. Cook between 15 and 20 minutes until sauce reduces.

7. Remove the sausages from the casserole and carefully so as not to burn their skin, cut them into slices and return to the casserole, (if the sauce is thicker to add a little more broth), stir and put the heat to a minimum covered .

8. Cook the Fusilli, and a minute before they are ready to strain and dump in the casserole, cook another minute and serve.
