2. Once the vegetable is poached, we add the mushroom cut in brunoisse or strips.
3. When we have saute the mushroom, we add the cream and salt letting the sauce thickens.
4. On the other hand we put a casserole with boiled water.
5. When the water begins to boil we put the salt (a spoonful and a half) and the pasta.
6. We follow the instructions indicated by the cooking time package.
7. Once the pasta is cooked, we drain it and pour into a fountain.
8. We pour the sauce with the mushrooms above and mix well but carefully.
9. Everything can be sprinkled with a little oregano.
10. We serve instantly, hot and accompanied with a little Parmesan cheese scratched in a separate cup.
