Ingredients to make fleeting pizza:
1. In this recipe we have used a pizza mass ready, but if you want to do it homemade you can check any of these recipes:- Basic mass
– gluten -free pizza
– Unleavened mass
– VAGAN MASS OF COLIFOR
2. cut the onion into julienne and jump with the oil until it brown slightly. Then turn off the fire and add some salt and pepper and reserve.
3. To assemble the fleeting pizza, place the fresh mozarella on the base, on top of the onions and decorate with the black-cut black olives. Finally, it is dusty with dry oregano throughout the surface.
4. Bake according to the instructions of the mass manufacturer. If you have made your own dough you can cook the pizza at 200ºC for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the edges of the pizza are golden.
