Formaggio pizza recipe

Cut the Parmesan cheese in scales and the provolone.

350 g Harina
20 g yeast
100 g Parmesan

2. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water. Incorporate 100 gs. of flour and knead to form a tender bun.

3. Place it in a covered bowl, on a warm site .. mix the remaining flour with 1 tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt and half a glass of warm water, until a smooth dough is achieved.

4. Beat the eggs with the three cheeses, incorporate into the previous mass and then add the yeast mass.

5. Mix everything until you easily detach from your hands.

6. Extend the dough in an oiled pizzera and let light in a warm place, covered with a canvas.

7. Cook in hot oven for 1/2 hour.

8. Remove and serve.
