Fideuá recipe with sausages

In a casserole, brown with oil the pork rib and sausages, remove and reserve.

Ingredients to make fideuá with sausages:
400 grs. from fideüa
200 grs. of crooked pork ribs
200 grs. of fresh sausages
1 medium onion
1 clove of garlic
2 ties. of crushed tomato
2 cdas. of olive oil
perejil
bird broth
salt and pepper to taste

2. In the same casserole, sauté the onion and garlic, chopped very fine.

3. Add the two tablespoons of tomato (it can be fried tomato), the sausages and pork ribs reserved.

4. Say everything together for a few minutes.

5. Incorporate the fideuá and cover them with broth, salt and pepper.

6. Let the stew cook until the fideuá is at its point (usually 10 to 15 min.) That depends on the brand.

7. Well once check that the pasta is cooked, sprinkled with minced parsley and is served hot.
