Ingredients to make meat fideuá:
350 grams of noodles nº2 or for fideuá
1 median onion
1 green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
600 grams of pork ribs
200 grams of crushed tomato
1 liter of meat broth or water
1 jet of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon for sweet paprika

Ingredients to make meat fideuá:

1. Put a wide casserole to the fire to do the fideuá of meat. Add only one tablespoon of olive oil, add the noodles and skip them over low heat. Dor them carefully not to burn. In this way almost all will be brown, although it is possible that some remain without browning. The important thing is that they do not burn. When they are golden brown, and reserve them.





2. Put a little more oil, raise the heat to half and add the ribs to do.



Trick: Remember that you can choose the type of meat that you like the most and even you can make the fideuá of minced meat.





3. Pica the onion, garlic and very small green pepper. On one side of the casserole put the onion and the green pepper and let them poach for a few minutes. When both ingredients are made, it incorporates the garlic.



Trick: If you want to make fideuá of meat and mushrooms, add them with the garlic.





4. When the garlic begins to take color, add the crushed tomato and the sweet paprika, remove everything to mix and let cook for about 5 minutes.





5. If you see that the sauce is very dry, pour a little broth or water so that the sofrito is finished. Add a little salt. You can also do the broth with a chicken broth pill or prepare a homemade meat broth.





6. When the Sofrito is ready, add the noodles and remove so that all the ingredients of the fideuá of meat are mixed.





7. Pour the broth so that the entire preparation is covered. Once it starts boiling, let the meat fideuá cook over medium heat until it is dry. This will take about 10 minutes, but it can vary according to the noon and the amount of broth.





8. When you see that the noodles are dry and begin to put out, turn off the heat. Let stand for about 10 minutes to just get up and voila. You can already enjoy this exquisite fideuá recipe for meat and vegetables.
