400 grams of fettuccine dry 4 units of dry tomatoes 200 grams of peeled prawns 1 piece of onion 1 green pepper unit 1 red pepper unit 1 yellow pepper unit 1 pinch of white and black pepper 1 1 dessecharide of oregano 1 dozen cherry tomatoes 1 jet of extra virgin 1 pinch of salt |

Ingredients to make fettuccine with dry tomatoes and prawns:
1. In a casserole we heat the olive oil. We cut the onion and peppers into strips. We throw the casserole to poach over medium-low heat.
2. We cut the dry tomatoes into pieces and add to the casserole to poach everything together for about 10 minutes. When the vegetables are a bit tender, we incorporate the prawns and cherry tomatoes cut in half.
3. We season with salt and pepper to taste (if there are children among the diners, very little pepper because they do not usually like them) and the spoonful of oregano. We sauté the set for 5 minutes or until we see that the prawns are cooked.
4. While all vegetables are cooked, apart in a casserole with plenty of water and salt, we cook the fettuccine for 5 minutes. We drain well.
