Ingredients to make easy gnocchi with tomato sauce:
1. The first step to prepare these easy and fast potato gnocchi is to wash the potatoes without peeling and prick them with a fork or a knife in several parts. Try to wash them very well and after clicking them, each of them wrap in transparent film.
2. Place the potatoes already wrapped in the microwave and cook at maximum power for about 10 minutes. When the first 6 minutes have passed, introduce a cup with 4 whole garlic cloves in the center of the microwave, without peeling, with a little water and the cooking ends. Guide for photography.
3. Apart, place a splash of oil in a wide pan and sauté the mature tomatoes, previously cut finely, along with the other two garlic cloves, also finely cut.
4. When you see that the tomato begins to get rid of, it incorporates some hot water to form a sauce. Stir and leave over low heat, adding more water when necessary.

8. To continue with the sauce, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the preparation. Peel the 4 garlic that were used in the microwave and incorporate them into the pan by dividing each into 4.
9. Next, check that there is enough water in the pan and add the potato gnocchi. Season to taste with a little salt, pepper and fresh basil. Let everything cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
