Easy ñoquis recipe with tomato sauce

Ingredients to make easy gnocchi with tomato sauce:
½ kilogram of raw potatoes
6 garlic clove
½ stream of olive oil
2 units of mature tomato
100 grams of flour
250 grams of cherry
1 pinch of salt and pepper

Ingredients to make easy gnocchi with tomato sauce:

1. The first step to prepare these easy and fast potato gnocchi is to wash the potatoes without peeling and prick them with a fork or a knife in several parts. Try to wash them very well and after clicking them, each of them wrap in transparent film.

2. Place the potatoes already wrapped in the microwave and cook at maximum power for about 10 minutes. When the first 6 minutes have passed, introduce a cup with 4 whole garlic cloves in the center of the microwave, without peeling, with a little water and the cooking ends. Guide for photography.





3. Apart, place a splash of oil in a wide pan and sauté the mature tomatoes, previously cut finely, along with the other two garlic cloves, also finely cut.

4. When you see that the tomato begins to get rid of, it incorporates some hot water to form a sauce. Stir and leave over low heat, adding more water when necessary.

5. We return to the potatoes. Check that they are made and let them rest until ambient temperature, then crushed without peeling with the help of the usual tool until a puree.

6. Add the flour to mash and mix until you get a dough. If you want to calculate the exact amount of flour that the recipe needs, weigh the potato puree and add the 30 percent of its weight in flour. For example, if 300g of puree you will need 90g of flour. In my case, 362g of puree have left for what I used 109g of flour.





7. Next, form the gnocchi making mass balls, for this, work with slightly wet hands. It is important that you keep in mind that the potato gnocchi mass should not be knew in excess, since the potato can release a lot of water.

8. To continue with the sauce, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the preparation. Peel the 4 garlic that were used in the microwave and incorporate them into the pan by dividing each into 4.

9. Next, check that there is enough water in the pan and add the potato gnocchi. Season to taste with a little salt, pepper and fresh basil. Let everything cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

10. See removing the preparation with the help of a wooden spoon, with soft movements from the bottom of the pan and check that the gnocchi are firm and do not know flour.
