Classical Pizza Recipe

In a bowl, mix the yeast with 5cl of water. Put 60 grams of flour in a place to be able to work the dough well. Make a hole in the middle of the flour and put the yeast mixed with the water. Mix it well. Do well of flour and cut a little with scissors.

Ingredients to make classical pizza:
40 grams of yeast
600 grams of flour flour to work the dough
4 tablespoons of olive oil
