2. Once the plates have been cooked, we remove them from a bowl with cold water until they lose temperature.
3. We cut the onion into fine strips as well as carrot (in julienne) and brown them with a little oil in the pan.
4. Add the chicken fillets also chopped in small strips and let it do a little together with the vegetable.
5. We put salt.
6. In a separate casserole we cook the brocculi for 15 minutes in boiling water with salt.
7. Bechamel sauce: The Bechamel sauce is elaborated by heating the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and fry it in that butter until a uniform dough is formed.
8. Then add the hot milk stirring to form a thin and uniform sauce.
9. We put salt and serve hot.
10. Once the brocculi is cooked, we drain it with cooking water and reserve.
11. We place in a refractory source for the oven by layers as follows: lasagna, bechamel, breast, onion and carrot, cheese slices, tomato sauce, lasagna, bechamel, cooked brocculi, grated cheese.
12. We introduce in the oven to gratin at 200 ºC until a golden layer is formed on the surface.
