Cheese lasagna recipe

Ingredients to make cheese lasagna:
1 pack of lasaga
1/2 lt. of milk
1 cdita. of nutmeg
1 cda. from butter
8 Gouhate cheese racks
grated cheese
cooked mushrooms
salt
pepper to taste

2. Prepare a bechamel sauce by previously diluting the flour in a little milk, heat the rest of the milk with the butter, sprinkler and add the nutmeg.

3. When the boiling starts the flour and let cook five minutes, without stopping stirring.

4. In an oven tray, where the lasagna lace well, place two tablespoons of bechamel, a layer of lasagna, a layer of cheese and another of bechamel.

5. Repeat the operation until the lasagna is finished.

6. You must end with a layer of bechamel with grated cheese.
