1. Here we have the ingredients for this cauliflower pizza, only for the base. For a median pizza, enough for two people, enough cauliflower if it is large, or a small whole. The grated cheese, which can be mozzarella alone or a combination of mozzarella and another cheese, is, in effect, also for the dough. For the filling you just have to put imagination; In my case, I have included tomato sauce, romesco sauce, emmental cheese and blue cheese, in addition to oregano.





2. First of all, we clean the cauliflower, discard the leaves and grat the white dough with a manual grater or with the chopper. To prepare this homemade pizza mass, then we cook the grated cauliflower in the microwave for eight minutes at maximum power.



Trick: put the oven to 180ºC.





3. Now we beat an egg and add it to the cauliflower, as well as grated cheese and a little salt. We mix well to form a homogeneous paste.





4. We line a baking sheet with baking paper and extend the cauliflower dough on it, with the shape we want. As thickness, I advise you not to overcome the centimeter.





5. We introduce the vegetarian pizza base in the oven and let it be cooked for 20 minutes at 180ºC, with heat up and down.





6. The cauliflower pizza is ready, now it only remains to add the desired filling. In my case, I have opted for a vegetarian pizza: I have extended a first layer of tomato sauce, then I have added another of Romesco sauce, and on top of blue cheese. With the oven at the same temperature but selecting only the grill, I have baked it five minutes.
