Cauliflower pizza dough recipe

If you have intolerance or gluten allergy here you have a recipe that will allow you to eat pizza without having to eat gluten. The basis we will use will be made of cauliflower, you will see that the result is surprising. Follow the step by step and look at the photos to do the recipe well.

1 small cauliflower
150 gr. from mozzarella grated and another cheese
a pinch of salt
1 egg

Ingredients to make pizza dough based on cauliflower:

1. The ingredients are only from the dough, the filling is at ease of each one. Wash and grate the cauliflower. Once granting to pass it to a microwave suitable container and cook at maximum power over 7-8 minutes.
