Ingredients to make cannelloni with Thermomix:
1. To make this lasagna we will start by preparing the Bechamel sauce with Thermomix. To do this, place all the ingredients of the list in the vessel and program for 7 minutes at 90º temperature and with speed in 4. reserve.
2. Next, we will prepare the meat filling for the cannelloni. Then, place the butterfly in the blades and heat the oil for 3 minutes in varoma mode with speed 1.
3. After these three minutes, add the onion cut into segments along with the garlic and program the Thermomix for 5 minutes, again in varoma mode and at speed 1. Then, add the tomato and program for 2 more minutes maintaining the same speed and Varoma mode.
4. Next, incorporate the meat sparkled into the glass along with the laurel, the cognac and program for 30 minutes, maintaining the same speed and the varoma mode. When there are 2 minutes to finish the process, add the flour.
