Ingredients to make cannelloni with mushrooms and prawns: |
12 Egg Canelones 100 grams. of mushrooms 4 tablespoons of flour 4 glasses of milk 70 grs. of butter 200 grs. of peeled prawns 1 lemon 200 grs. of Parmesan cheese salt pepper |
Ingredients to make cannelloni with mushrooms and prawns:
2. Drain them, submerge them immediately in cold, drain them and leave them on a clean cloth.
3. Prepare a Bechamel, melt 4 tablespoons of butter, add the flour and fry it for a few moments, stirring.
4. Pour the milk, salt and pepper, stirring, until it thickens. Save the prawns in a pan.
5. Guisar the mushrooms and drain and chop them, add them to the prawns.
6. Add a few drops of lemon, 100 grs. of grated Parmesan cheese and half of the prepared bechamel. Mix well.
7. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture and dispose of them in an oven source smeared with butter.
8. Spray them with the rest of the bechamel and sprinkle with grated cheese and some butter pieces. Bake 15 minutes and serve hot.
