Canelones recipe with fungal cream chicken

Boil the cannelloni for about 20 minutes in boiling water with salt (you can also use the cannelloni that are already boiled). Rinse in cold water and drain carefully that they do not stick by having them a clean cloth.

Ingredients to make cannelloni with fungal cream chicken:
1 onion
1 pinch of cumin powder
150 grams of fungi or mushrooms
100 ccs of milk
200 ccs of cream
1 pack of cannelloni (16 plates)
1 chicken breast
1 green pepper
250 grams of mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 pinch of salt
1 cup crushed tomato
100 ccs of dry white wine

2. In a pan add oil and brown the breasts and remove. In the same pan down the onion, pepper, crushed tomato, cumin and wine.

4. Add the rest of the sauce and bake at 200º for 15 minutes.
