Canelones recipe stuffed with spinach

Cook the cannelloni plates in boiling water with salt.

Ingredients to make spinach stuffed:
150 grs. of paste for cannelloni
2 dl of sauce bechamel
2 dl of sauce tomato
400 grs. from mozzarella
1 dl of olive oil
salt to taste
filling ::
300 grs. of spinach
2 beaten eggs
2 cloves of minced garlic
100 grs. of Parmesan cheese

Ingredients to make spinach stuffed:

2. Once cooked we spread them with a little olive oil so that they do not stick between them.

3. Next we prepare the filling, washing the spinach, boils, drain it and chop them.

4. We mix the spinach with the beaten egg, garlic, chopped Parmesan cheese and salt.

5. We fill with this mixture the cannelloni.

6. We preheat the oven to 180º.

7. In a baking plate we sack the base with a little bechamel sauce, place the cannelloni, sack with tomato, then the rest of Bechamel and end with the mozzarella cheese.

8. Enter the oven until it is gratin.
