Ingredients to make Calamari pasta with red pesto:
1. We start starting the broccoli in small twigs and the trunk peel and cut it into slices of approximately half a centimeter thick. We put it in a casserole with water and put it on the fire. We cook until it is soft. We drain and reserve.
Trick: We can also do it or even use frozen broccoli (and previously defrosting).
2. Meanwhile, we put water in a casserole and put it to heat. When we boil we add the pasta and cook it until it is made but firm (to the dente). We put in a drainer and reserve.
3. We drain the tuna oil, we crush it and reserve it. To prepare the red pesto we put the dry tomatoes, the Parmesan cheese, the pine nuts, a splash of oil, salt and a little pepper in the blender and beat until we obtain a smooth sauce. If necessary we can add a little more oil, the amount is not exact because it depends much on dry tomatoes and whether or not they are conserved in oil.
Trick: If you don want the pest of the squid pasta to have a spicy point does not add pepper.
4. In a wide pan we put the broccoli and tuna and saute slightly. Add the drained paste, mix well and add the tomato pesto. We remove, rectify salt if necessary and pour into a source suitable for the oven.
5. We slightly sprinkle the paste to red pesto with grated cheese and introduce in the preheated oven at 180 ºC for about 15 minutes or the time necessary for the cheese to be founded.
6. We only have to serve this delicious Calamari pasta to the red pesto and enjoy a healthy and delicious dish!
