Ingredients to make zucchini pizza:
1. Wash and cut the ends of the zucchini, roll the skin and let it drain all the water it contains. Do the same with the other zucchini but, instead of grateing it, cut it in fine slices and reserve them to fill the pizza later. If you have plenty, the rest and add it to the one you are reserving to make the zucchini pizza dough.
2. Leave the gangled zucchini in cooking paper and press with the palm of the hand so that it absorbs the rest of the water it contains. This will be ready to prepare the zucchini pizza base along with the rest of the ingredients.
3. For the preparation of the pizza dough you will need to join the zucchini already drained in a bowl, the egg, the flour and the grated Parmesan cheese. It forms a ball kneading with a wooden tongue or palette, then you can knead by hand. Start the oven at 200 ºC with the temperature up and down.
4. Put a kitchen paper on the baking sheet and sprinkle flour on it. Extend the dough forming a flat sphere, introduce it in the oven and leave it for 15 minutes, lowering the temperature to 180 ºC.
5. Take out the base from the oven, but do not turn it off. Fill the pizza by putting cheese, zucchini and tomato in order. Sprinkle oregano and pour a fine splash of olive oil on pizza. Put it back in the oven and leave it for 10 more minutes at medium height.
6. Once ready, you will only miss your zucchini pizza! You can take it to eat or dinner, it will be much healthier than a conventional pizza.
