Trick: The onion allows the Bechamel sauce to have a touch of delicious taste, but if you prefer you can remove it from the recipe.

3. Reserve the Bechamel and start making the sauce. Thus, peel the garlic cloves and onion and itch these ingredients of the size you prefer. If the picas finely, they will cook faster, but if you cut them in larger pieces you can notice them when eating the broccoli lasagna.

4. Put a pan with oil on the fire and, when hot, jump chopped garlic. Before it starts to brown, incorporate the onion and sauté both ingredients. The sauce is the one that brings flavor to the Broccoli lasagna, so if you want you can add chopped leek or other vegetables that you like, such as peppers, carrots …

Trick: You can also do Broccoli and mushrooms adding 3-4 laminated mushrooms.

5. Add the chopped tomato, mix and pour the crushed tomato sauce. The crushed tomato is optional, but it brings juiciness and creaminess to the filling.

Trick: To peel the tomato easily, make a cross -shaped cut and introduce it in boiling water for a few seconds, you will see that the skin emerges alone.

6. When the broccoli is tender, drain it and reserve a glass of cooking water. Then, you can crush it a bit if you want Broccolis lasagna to have a texture more similar to the typical lasagna to Boloñesa.

7. Add the broccoli to the sauce, mix and incorporate the cream cheese. This ingredient is optional and could be replaced by cottage cheese, ricota, milk cream and even a couple of tablespoons of bechamel. The objective of adding it is none other than that of contributing creaminess to the filling so that the broccoli lasagna is not dry.
