2. When the pasta is at the dente, that is, cooked but a little raw inside, we take out and drain with plenty of cold water.
3. In another casserole we have the oil, the chopped onion in Brunoise (very thin chopped), the meat and a pinch of salt and turn until it is done.
4. When done, we sprinkle with pepper and nutmeg, we turn around, add the tomato sauce and remove from heat.
5. We place the drained spaghetti in a pot and add the boloñesa.
