Boloñesa spaghetti recipe

15 cl. Olive oil
30 gr. Onion
garlic 1/4 of a clove of garlic
2 gr. Flour
40 cl. Red wine
40 cl. White background
50 gr.carne de beef
salt
ground black pepper.

Ingredients to make Boloñesa spaghetti:
