In this recipe we bring you the traditional Boloñesa Italian sauce, as it is originally done and we will accompany it with grated pasta and cheese macaroni grated on top. A classic preparation, which we have all eaten but some are not very clear how to prepare it in a traditional way as is done in Italy.

Ingredients to make boloñesa macaroni:
1. Our first step is to prealist the ingredients of the macaroni to the boloñesa.
2. It carries a pot over medium heat with a little olive oil. When this hot adds the bacon (it can be pork or turkey the one you want) and lets sail.
3. Once you observe that the bacon is golden, add the vegetables cut into medium pieces as seen in the photograph.
4. Add a little salt, pepper, oregano and garlic pasta to the sofrito for the boloñesa.
5. Once you observe that the vegetables are very stirrite, add the meat broth along with the red wine. If the liquid does not cover the vegetables in its entirety you can add a little more water. Let the sauce keep for about 20 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, cook the macaroni in a traditional way. To do this, it carries a pot with enough water over medium heat, once the water is about to boil adds the macaroni with a stream of oil so that they do not stick.
7. Take the Boloñesa sauce to a bowl or a blender and crush everything very well. Process the sauce and go through a strainer to sift our preparation.
8. Remove our paste macaroni when they are at the dente or to the desired cooking point and drain.
9. Take our Boloñesa sauce to a pot over medium heat, add salt and pepper if you want or are necessary.
10. carries a separate pan over medium heat with a little sunflower oil, add ground beef with a little salt, pepper and garlic pasta to taste.
11. Once our beef is stirred, add it to the pot where we have the Boloñesa sauce. Mix very well and rectify the seasoning if you consider it necessary. You can add some ingredient that is of your choice.
12. Finally, it serves a good dish of macaroni to the boloñesa, bathing the pasta with the sauce and ending with a portion of grated Parmesan cheese. If you want you can also serve the gratin paste carrying each plate in the oven for a few seconds. If you want more recipes with pasta and have a comment or restlessness, write us. Enjoy!
