Pasta is one of the most versatile ingredients in the kitchen and also one of the most accepted at the table since there are few who resist it. In recipes, I share one of my favorite recipes that combines typical ingredients from several countries of the Mediterranean basin to create a delicious and irresistible dish. Based on the classic spaghetti recipe with tomato and sausages that we all ate as little ones, I propose this baked spaghetti recipe, tomato, feta cheese and fresh chicken sausages that are not complication and is full of flavors.

Ingredients to make baked spaghetti with tomato, feta cheese and fresh sausages:
1. We start putting water to heat in a saucepan. When it breaks to boil we add the spaghetti and cook until they are at the dent (cooked but firm without being excessively soft). We drain and reserve.
2. While the pasta is done we start preparing tomato sauce. To do this we peel the onion and chop it very finite. We put a pan with a splash of olive oil to the fire, add the onion and join.
3. We peel and chop the garlic cloves and add them to the pan along with the onion. Peel and chop the tomatoes and also put them in the pan. We stir well and leave the fire.
4. Add the paprika, salt to taste and a little pepper. We mix well and let cook until the salsa of the baked spaghetti is made. We reserve
5. In a pan we put a few drops of oil and take it to the fire. We put the fresh chicken sausages and make them grilled. We retire and reserve.
Trick: We can also do them in the pan instead of the iron, and can be pork, veal, turkey or mixed.
6. In the pan where we have prepared the salsa of the oven paste with sausages (if it is large enough or failing in a wider pan) add the paste and mix well with the sauce over low heat.
7. We cut the fried sausages into pieces, add them to the pan and stir. We let cook for a few minutes. Meanwhile we split the feta cheese in dice.
8. We pour half of the spaghetti with tomato in an oven suitable fountain and above we place half of the feta cheese dice. Then we put the rest of the pasta and place the rest of the feta cheese and a little grated cheese to gratin.
9. We introduce the baked spaghetti with tomato, feta cheese and fresh sausages (preheated at 180 ºC) and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is molten. A good benefit!
