Achicultoria pizza recipe with capers and olives

Ingredients to make chicory pizza with capers and olives:
For 4 people ::
una large pizza base or two mediums. 2 garlic cloves.
3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil.
Salt
pepper.

2. We clean the achicoria, wash it and cut it into julienne (in strips).

3. We put it in a casserole with the oil, garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and pepper.

4. We cook it over moderate heat for 15-20 minutes with the covered casserole.

5. Meanwhile we wash the capers and olives.

6. We spread the oven plate oil, we put the pizza dough on the plate, cover the base with tomato sauce.

7. Add the cooked achicoria, the capers and the olives and the emmental cheese above.

8. When we have all the ingredients arranged in the Pizza base, we bake 30 minutes at 180 ºC.
