Whiskey Solomillos Recipe

1 Preparation we find the sirloins in pieces of about 3 cms.

Ingredients to make whiskey sirloins:
For 6 people ::
2 Pork Solomillos
2 BRICKS NATA Liquid
1/2 WHISKY
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 cheeses
1 teaspoon parsley
oil
salt
pepper
pep

Ingredients to make whiskey sirloins:

2. We salt and pepper them and brown them in the non-stick casserole with 3 tablespoons of oil.

3. have to be little made inside.

4. Add the whiskey and, when it is very hot, flambo and let reduce to living fire.

5. Remove the pieces of sirloin from the casserole and reserve.

6. To whiskey reduction, add the cream, cut cheeses and soy sauce.

7. Lets bind the sauce well and let it reduce a little.

8. We try and rectify the salt.

9. We put the slopes on a fountain and serve the sauce over with the sprinkled parsley, and serve.

1020- 2 Notes we can accompany the dish with some boiled and sautéed patatitas in butter.
