To create a homogeneous texture, identical to that of a roll of meat, we will use several ingredients: textured soy, sweet potato and millet, ingredients rich in plant protein, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Ingredients to make vegan meat roll:

Mix everything well and pass the mixture to the blender or a kitchen robot. Crush the mass of the vegetarian meat roll until homogeneous, dense and manageable.
5. Place a large transparent film on the countertop. Above a yuba leaf or tofu skin, previously soaked, to create the skin of our meat roll. Place the dough along one of Yubas edges leaving free side ends. Fold the lateral ends in and roller, giving it oval shape, with the help of the transparent film. 8. Press the oven at 180 ºC. Use the vegetable meat roll after cooking and place it on a sulfurized paper -covered baking sheet.
