Veal sirloin recipe with onion compote

Ingredients to make veal sirloin with onion compote:
For 4 people ::
800 gr. veal sirloins
3 onions
1 concentrated broth pill
200 ml. of brandy
750 ml. of red wine
100 ml. of liquid cream
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of good quality vinegar
salt
pepper.

Ingredients to make veal sirloin with onion compote:

2. Cut the onion on fine records and cook them in the wine until the wine has almost absorbed. Add vinegar and honey.

3. Cook them over low heat for 5 minutes.

4. Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry it in a little oil.

5. When it is brown on both sides, flame it with the brandy and add the cream, cook for 20 more minutes.

6. Add the onion compote and heat everything together.

7. Serve the meat cut into fine slices on the bed of onion compote.

8. Accompany with mashed potatoes.
