Veal sirloin recipe with mustard sauce

Season the meat with salt, smear of mustard and wrap it with the slices of Bacon.

Ingredients to make veal sirloin with mustard sauce:
For 4 people
800 gr. of veal sirloin
8 fine slices of bacon
2 onion
4 tablespoons of mustard
200 ml of liquid cream
1 cube of concentrated meat broth
1 cup of brandy

Ingredients to make veal sirloin with mustard sauce:

2. Peel the onions and cut them into slices.

3. Put some oil on an oven tray, place the meat in the center and around the onion.

4. Sprinkle it with the brandy and cook it strongly for 50 minutes. Dissolve the broth cube into a glass of hot water.

5. Remove the meat and onions of the fountain, pour the broth and scrape the background (breakdown) of the tray to take advantage of the roast juice.
