Veal recipe with mushrooms and prawns

We tied the veal piece, we salt and pepper slightly, put it in a oven tray smeared with olive oil and put it in the oven at 200ºC.

Ingredients to be veal with mushrooms and prawns:
750 grams of the veal round in a piece
half chopped green pepper
1 clove of garlic
200 grams of mushrooms
12 large fresh prawns
4 tablespoons of crushed tomato
1 tablespoon of cornmeal
1 deciliter of olive oil

2. We occasionally sprinkle with your own juice.

3. Past 35 minutes of cooking, turn off the oven and let cool.

4. We peel the prawns and reserve.

5. In a saucepan we put the heads and skins of the prawns, a splash of extra virgin olive oil and saute a couple of minutes.

6. Add a glass of water, a pinch of salt, let it cook 5 minutes, add the tomato and let cook 10 more minutes.

7. We often cut the clove of garlic and put it together with the green pepper in a casserole with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

8. When the garlic starts to take color we incorporate the mushrooms, sauté 5 minutes and remove it from the casserole.

9. In the same casserole we save the prawns for a minute and reserve them.

10. We return the mushrooms to the casserole, meanwhile we pass the broth made with the heads and skins of the prawns through the Chinese.

11. We reserve half a glass, the rest add it to the casserole with the mushrooms and let cook over medium heat.

12. In the reserved broth we unfold a teaspoon of cornmeal.

13. We incorporate it into the casserole along with half of the re-cooking juices and let it cook 15 minutes.

14. We cut the meat into fine fillets and add it to the casserole in the middle of cooking.

15. When two minutes are missing to finish cooking the dish, we incorporate the prawns.

16. Once the cooking is finished, lets stand 5 minutes and serve the meat garnished with mushrooms and prawns, along with the sauce.
