Veal recipe with Chinese mushrooms

It can be done with other meats, pork, chicken and duck. Cut the meat following the fiber in thin strips of 1/2 cm wide and a maximum of 5 cm long. Cut the onion into a julienne and mushrooms into sheets, put all the ingredients in a glass or mud casserole. Add beer, soybeans, scratched or powdered ginger, celery and chopped garlic. Cover with plastic film and save it in the fridge a minimum of 12 hours. Once macerated put the liquid drain, while weating in the wok or in the absence of it, in a pan a little oil and when you start moisting, add the ingredients, cook over high heat 10-15 minutes. Serve with boiled rice .

0.5 kg. Of veal without nerves and in fillets
300 gr. of varied mushrooms. of garlic.
