Ingredients to make veal ragu:
1. Short small pieces of meat with bite size.
Trick: Depending on the veal part that you use, you will get different results. In this case, we advise you to use veal buckle, you will not fail!
2. Flour the pits of meat and add a pinch of salt. Stir to distribute well everywhere.
3. Seal the meat in a pan with olive oil. Take it out and reserve it. Add a little more oil in the same pot because you are going to keep fooling the rest of the ingredients.
