Veal liver recipe with bacon

Cut the veal liver into 1 cm fillets. thick. Go through flour and book 2 tablespoons for later. Put the butter and oil to heat.

Ingredients to make the veal liver with Bacon:
500 gr. of Liver of veal
flina
salt
pepper
30 gr. of butter
30 ml. of oil
2 onions in slices
4 fillets of bacon chopped
1 1/2 cup of chicken broth
1 teaspoon of sauce worcestershire
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley

Ingredients to make the veal liver with Bacon:

2. Add the onion and fry for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and reserve. Add the bacon and fry for 2 minutes, remove and reserve.

3. Add the liver and fry it on moderate heat a minute on each side. Put the onion back in the pan. Mix 2 tablespoons of flour, chicken broth and World Worcesshire.

4. Put in the pan and cook over moderate heat for 3 minutes or until the liver is cooked and the thick sauce. Add the bacon. Serve with parsley on top.
