Veal cake recipe

Chop the meat along with ham and anchovies. Mix with bread, salt, pepper, eggs, yolk and brandy.

Ingredients to make veal cake:
800 g Maga meat of veal
100 g cooked ham
1 can of desalted anchovies
60 g breadcracked bread
salt
pepper
2 eggs
1 yolo
2 tablespoons brandy
1 carrot
1 leek
1 branch of celery
1 boat of mayonna
1 tablespoon of capers
5 cucumbers
50 g of canned tuna
100 ml of cream

Ingredients to make veal cake:

2. Form a roll with the meat and wrap on a white canvas. Tie and put in a casserole.
