Ingredients to make veal porridge and vegetables:
1. We gather all the ingredients to make the veal porridge and vegetables.
2. We wash all the vegetables and fry the onion, pepper and carrot with a splash of olive oil. It is not convenient for babies to ingest many fats, so we use very little oil.
3. Next, add the beef cut into pieces. We let it brown for 3 minutes and stir.
4. We peel the tomatoes and incorporate them whole into the pot. We remove and cook another 3 minutes.
5. Add the peeled and washed potatoes. We can cut them into segments or leave them whole. We add water to cover and cook the veal porridge until the vegetables are tender.
6. We crush the veal porridge with vegetables reserving some water from cooking if necessary. If the porridge is very thick, we add a little of that water. We have broken with the blender and then we have passed it through a strainer to make sure there is no grumo or pepita.
