Veal and ham cake recipe

We spread the dough forming an edge at the ends of about three fingers, using a mold if we want.

Ingredients to make veal and ham cake:
Broken dough (I do not get frozen or artisan)
100 grs of very thin bacon slices,
500 grs of a leaflet of lean veal
ham chopped, all next to equal parts
200 grs. of veal fillet in slices as thin as possible
100 grs of ham in very thin slices
1 beaten egg

Ingredients to make veal and ham cake:

2. We cover the background with bacon slices.

3. On top we put a thick mincean layer.

4. We salt and pepper and cover with a layer of ham slices.

5. We alternately add layers of veal and ham fillets until they are over.

6. Finally, we put another layer of bacon and end up with a mincemeat.

7. We salt and pepper the surface.

8. Add (optionally) a little beaten egg on top and cover the cake with aluminum foil.

9. We put it in the oven until the dough cooks, approximately 3/4 of an hour at about 180º.

10. You can be cold or hot.
