2. Add it to the minced meat.
3. Leave it 5 to 10 minutes for meat to absorb the mixture well.
4. While we are preparing in a pressure cooker (if desired in normal cauldron also but it will take longer) we chop the remaining onion, garlic, pepper, carrot and arbujas (green peas) to taste personally with enough.
5. A splash of tomato sauce (Tomator), meat broth pill (Avecrem), a little oregano a laurel leaf.
6. If it is observed that the meat is very loose we add some flour to dry it a little and be able to form the albondigas well.
7. Once prepared they are fried and attached to the above in the pot.
8. We take advantage of the frying oil of the albondigas to add it in the pot.
9. Once we put everything in the pot we add water to the height of 3/4 the size of the albondiga.
10. We close the pot and put it on the fire last 5 minutes once the pressure cooker begins.
11. If it is done in normal cauldron as 20-25 minutes.
