For 4 people :: 4 Tournedós de veal of about 250 gr. each 2 onion 1 dl. of red wine 2 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons of grain mustard 1 dl. of liquid cream 0.5 dl. of olive oil 2 dl. of meat broth salt black pepper. |
Ingredients to do tournedos to mustard:
2. In the same pan saute the very finite cut onion and the fillet garlic.
3. When we are golden we throw the wine and let it be reduced in half, then add the mustard, salt and pepper and stir, group the meat broth and let it be done for about 10 minutes.
4. After that time we add the cream, we remove well so that the Tournedós are linked and introduced, we let everything be done together for 5 more minutes, over low heat, and we serve them.
