Tomillo veal stew recipe

In a casserole we brown the onion in olive oil, along with a bunch made of bay leaf, thyme, pepper in grain and clove.

Ingredients to make the veal to the thyme:
For 4 people ::
750 grams of veal meat for stew
2 carries
1 leek of dry white wine
1 Deciliter of olive oil
1/2 liter of water
salt

2. When the onion is yellow we add the garlic and sauté them too.

3. Then we add the meat cut into large cubes and leave on moderate heat, turning it from time to time.

4. Later we add the crowded natural tomato, let cook for a few minutes and then add the dry white wine and hope that alcohol evaporates sautking it over high heat.

5. We cover with the water and let it boil again and then leave over low heat up for 2 hours or until the meat is tender.

6. We serve accompanied by carrots and potatoes cooked in boiling water and subsequently sauteed in a pan over high heat.
