Rebozadas sausages, very similar to corn dogs or sausage flags, are present in the gastronomy of several countries, for example, United Kingdom, Ireland, America and Australia, and consist of fried tempura sausages. To vegan this recipe I have used Tofu sausages that I have recently prepared and whose recipe you can find in my recipe profiles, but you can use any sausage to your liking.

6 tofu sausages 1 cup of flour (140 grams) 1 cup cold beer 2 teaspoons of powder yeast aceite for fry |

Ingredients to make sausages in Tempura de Tofu (or corn dog vegan):
1. Put the cold beer in a bowl. In another bowl mix the flour with the yeast.
2. Shake the flour with the yeast in the bowl with the beer at the same time stirring with the rods until you get a thick porridge.
3. Heat abundant amount of oil in a pan.
4. Click Tofus sausages in skewer sticks and pass them for the batter. Thus we will obtain the similar and famous skewers of typical American empanized sausages, but instead of battering them with breadcrumbs we will use the tempura.
5. Fry the rebozed sausages or vegan dogs until they brown for 3-4 minutes, take them out and let the oil drain into a strainer or eliminate its excess with paper paper.
6. Traditionally the sausages in tempura battered in the American style are served with fried potatoes, but you can also serve them with vegetables, rice or pasta.
