Stuffed veal skirt recipe

Ingredients to make stuffed veal skirt:
500 grams of veal skirt
200 grams of minced pork
50 grams of serrano ham of oil
1 pinch of parsley

2. Mix the minced meat with a tablespoon of wine, a little chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

4. Extend the skirt and place the minced in the center.

5. Put the ham strips on the chopped minced and the tortilla in the center. Roll it and tie it.

6. Brown it in oil inside a saucepan, add the chopped onion and sliced carrot. Let saute for about 10 minutes, add the garlic and parsley. Water with wine and season.

7. Cover and let cook over low heat for half an hour. Add some water, turn it over and let another half hour cook.

8. Pass the sauce through the Turmix and a strainer. Cut the meat into slices and serve with the sauce on top.

9. As a garnish you can put some turned and steamed potatoes.
