Strogonoff veal recipe with mushrooms

500 gr of veal (in my case without fat)
250 gr of laminated mushrooms
175 ml of cream for cooking (in my case pulleva 5 percentage)
salt
1 tablespoon
3 large onions
1 teaspoon of olive oil
pepper in grain

2. In a hot pan we pour our tablespoon of oil and start the mushrooms and onion and better if we cover them so that they soften before.

3. When they have already taken color, it will be the turn of adding our veal and if necessary we add the other teaspoon of oil to finish roasting the mixture, this time we do not cover the pan.

4. When the meat is already roasted, it will be time to add at least 5-8 peppers in grain and remove everything well, and then add the cream and remove well so that it is impregnated well from all the flavors of the pan.

5. Try the salt point and if necessary to rectify.

6. Leave at least 4 minutes covered so that the sauce integrates well.
