6 Pork chops media 3 tiles. of olive oil 1 median onion cut into julians 1/2 liter of red wine 1 glass of crushed tomato 1 pinch of thyme 300 grs. of clean mushrooms 1 pinch of nutmeg 1 pinch of rosemary 1 pinch of jenjibre salt pepper to taste |
