Spicy beef recipe with coconut milk

2. Crush the onions, garlic, ginger, lemon peel, salt and half of coconut milk with the turmix, until you get a fine cream.

4. Chop the chilli with the knife.

5. Heat the remaining coconut milk in a casserole and add the meat.

6. When it starts boiling, put the heat to a minimum, cook for 10 minutes. Add the crushed peanuts and soy sauce. Cook for 20 more minutes.

7. Let cook for 20 minutes.

8. Pour the puree into the saucepan and cook 20 more minutes.

9. When the meat is cooked, take away from the fire.

10. Cook the spinach in a separate saucepan with a little butter.

11. Present on a plate or source with the meat on one side, the sauce above the meat, the yogurt in the center, the chillies on the yogurt and the spinach placed on one side.
