Somarrillo recipe

Solus medallions are put to brown and withdraw.

Ingredients to make somarrillo:
For 4 people ::
2 ud. Pork sirloin
1/2 glass oil
1/2 vinegar vessel
1 head garlic
salt
flour (a little)

Ingredients to make somarrillo:

2. In that same pan, the crushed garlic are thrown.

3. When golden golds are added a spoonful of flour, we brown it, add the vinegar and a little water.

4. 3 minutes are allowed to cook and incorporate the medallions.

5. We leave it like that and after them, we remove from the heat and serve accompanied by fried potatoes or red peppers.
