Solus recipe with foie and portable sauce

We cut the slices of bread of the same size as the sirloins and brown on both sides with a little butter.

Ingredients to make sirloin with foie and portable sauce:
4 portions of cows sirloin not very large
200 grams of foie from duck
4 slices of bread
100 grams of butter
half glass of oporto wine
salt
pepper
