Snails recipe with pinions and raisins (pasta)

For 5 people ::
500 gr. of snail (pasta)
100 gr. of piñones
100 gr. of raisins
a splash of cognac
1 kg. Of crude crushed tomato
500 gr. of minced meat

2. Lets cook the pasta in abundant water.

3. In a casserole we put the tomato with the meat to cook.

4. When the tomato is almost done, the raisins are added with the cognac and the pine nuts.

5. Finally we mix the paste with the tomato sauce.
